The St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) is here to be a strong voice of business in the North-West region of Russia and to facilitate business development for its members. SPIBA's strategy is to provide a platform for
     •      Exchange of information and knowledge
     •      Open dialog and collaboration with the authorities
     •      Networking

All in a friendly and informal atmosphere.

Our members about us

The meeting at the event: « Government Relations Practices in Russia: current state and perspectives » organized by SPIBA on October 28, 2014 is a wonderful opportunity to discuss development of GR in the country and region with colleagues. We are different: every company may have its own approach to interaction with authorities. We are united by the desire to work openly, effectively, taking into account the specific features of the particular business. This is why the discussion worked out well. It was highly topical and multifaceted. Thanks to all colleagues for that and special thanks to SPIBA.>>>>

Meeting with a musician Andrey Reshetin and his ensemble “Soloists of Ekaterina the Great” - 3/19/2015 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

SPIBA Committee on Quality of life continues series of events under the theme SPIBA Cultural Discoveries which are devoted to the cultural heritage of St. Petersburg, significant events and outstanding creative personalities of the Northern Capital, and invites you to make a meeting with a musician Andrey Reshetin and his ensemble “Soloists of Ekaterina the Great”.

Date: Thursday, March 19th

Time: 5 pm – 7 pm

Venue: rehearsal area of the ensemble “Soloists of Ekaterina the Great” – 46, Liteiny prospect, apt. 1

Andrey Reshetin is not only the baroque violinist but also the exclusive “activist” of the historical performance in the broadest sense of this term. Most important task of his educational activism is the regeneration of the taste that was inherent to our ancestors.  Except for the soundings of the musical instrument studies, Reshetin works with the speech, visual and plastic culture of the forfeited world of Russian Baroque. He considers music to be the mirror that brings back the lost character of the past, helps to restore the context of those times.

Andrey Reshetin invites the members of SPIBA to listen to the story about music and theater of Anna Ioanovna times, the phenomenon and culture of the historical performance.

The program of the meeting is in the file attached.

The number of participants is limited!

The event will be held in Russian.
