o   Learn the meanings and origins of many commonly used expressions and idioms used in the English-speaking business world.

6 February – Differences in management styles in Russia ant the West

o   Which historical and cultural factors have influenced the styles in which people do business? We will discuss some of the reasons why people react to situations in different ways both here and there.

13 February – Email etiquette 

o   We will look at and discuss samples of professionally composed emails, as well some that are not so professional, and discuss techniques in written language skills that are most beneficial to your business correspondences.

20 February – Strategies for influencing and motivating others

o   The goal of any business is to work efficiently and successfully. Learn strategies in becoming an effective leader, as well as understanding the motivations of others.
