As a result of a number of challenges in the area of human resources, SPIBA members voted for the establishment of the HR Committee within the Association.
The SPIBA HR Committee meets on a monthly basis to discuss various HR issues such as recruitment, staff motivation, education and training, labor laws, and relations with trade unions, as well as to organize relevant events that relate to these issues. We are proud that SPIBA is providing a platform for professionals dealing with various aspects of HR management to exchange opinions and experiences in order to address the challenges faced by businesses in this field.
