SPIBA Membership:

SPIBA is composed of a diverse group of foreign and Russian firms operating in north-western Russia. Those who share the SPIBA philosophy, and are willing to improve the investment climate in north-western Russia, are eligible for membership.

Application procedure:

Please download and fill out the SPIBA Membership Application form and send it via fax to +7 (812) 325-9092 or via e-mail to office@spiba.ru. All applications for membership are reviewed by the Executive Committee and are generally acted upon within two weeks from their submission. Once the application has been approved, the new member will receive a New Member Package that includes an invoice for annual membership dues.

Membership dues:

Regular Membership dues (for commercial organizations)
For the fiscal year 2010 (January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010) regular membership dues are payable in quarterly instalments in the amount of 18,000 roubles (amounting to 72,000 roubles per year). Members can also pay the annual dues in one instalment of 72,000 roubles. Membership expires one year from the date of acceptance into the association.

Diplomanic, Individual and non-profit Membership dues
These dues are payable in quarterly instalments in the amount of 6,000 roubles (amounting to 24,000 roubles per year) or one instalment of 24,000 roubles. Non-profit and charitable organizations must provide proof of their non-profit status to receive this discount.

Membership dues are payable starting from the quarter in which the organization joins SPIBA.

The standard method of payment is via bank transfer. Cash payments in roubles are also accepted.
