Dear SPIBA members,
As a part of membership services SPIBA suggests your attention to the Message Board — special discount offers for goods and services for SPIBA members from SPIBA members.
Commercial offers may be sent to the SPIBA Administrative Office by e-mail to office@spiba.ru. Within a few days the Executive Committee will decide and inform the submitter if and when the offer will be sent to the membership list. The EC retains the right to reject some offers on the basis of failure to meet the criteria listed below. The EC members will decide by majority vote in the event of such controversy. SPIBA is not responsible for the quality of goods or services offered by membership but will make its best effort to reject questionable offers.
Selection Criteria:

  • The offer must include a real and significant discount for SPIBA members;
  • The offer must be for goods and services that fit into the core values of the association;
  • The offer must be ethical and moral;
  • The offer must originate from a fully paid member company in good standing;
  • Any member may inform the SPIBA office of their intention not to receive such offers and therefore will be removed from the list;
  • The offer must be in an email of a reasonable size for sending.

Please note that some announcements/offers that are determined to be of public service will continue to be sent to the entire membership list as stated in the SPIBA Information Policy (available through the SPIBA office).
These must comply to the following guidelines:

  • The materials and information originate from a non-profit organisation;
  • The event or project must improve the business environment of St. Petersburg and/or must contribute to the benefit of the community;
  • The event or project is not an advertisement for a commercial product or service.

The message informing members about publi service offers will be sent out only from the address office@spiba.ru. 
 . If you want to be removed from the member offer list and no longer want to receive such mail please send a reply with the word "Remove" to office@spiba.ru.  If you would like offers to be sent to a different email address contact the SPIBA Office or reply with instructions.
