Not only that, the company produces an excellent package, but it is friends with nature. On the territory of the plant lives a beaver and a fox periodically fed by staff. This atmosphere of friendship and love creates all conditions for creative work and the birth of many innovative ideas. The main theme of our meeting was the development of selling strategy for the company. We learned more about working processes of the company, and amazing School of Carton, in which customers and potential customers may learn the effective way of using packaging, get acquainted with modern technology to apply innovative ideas into practice. Of course, there are many pitfalls in the management of Russian, but they are also among the Finns and Germans, and Swedes. This was noted at a very exciting seminar on "Pitfalls in the management of Russian. Cross cultural communication", which was held at the Stockholm School of Economics on August 24. For the workshop SPIBA invited bestselling author of the Russian model of management, Professor Alexander Prokhorov from Yaroslavl. He is a historian and economist, who has his own consultancy practice, researcher and member of the board of directors of several major Russian companies. The book, which he wrote, quickly disappeared from store shelves, but now it was published in the school Skolkovo in English. Soon Skolkovo prepares the publication in Russian. See pictures
Conclusion - be aware of pitfalls, and then you can effectively drive your business to the goal! In this case, even burning issuses of customs can be resolved. It became apparent on a working meeting with the representative of NW Customs Administration on August 27th. The theme of the meeting was "New customs rules for the movement of goods, currency and vehicles within the Customs Union." We have received information and a guide to action, and all because informal atmosphere of the discussion, and the question has been prepared by professionals. After the meeting, each participant received a CD with information and the opportunity to receive answers on all issues first-hand.
In August SPIBA received a positive response from NW Customs Administration on its application for participation in the Advisory Council on Customs. Igor Petrov will represent SPIBA in this Council.
