We are happy to announce that we have received an answer from CB RF to SPIBA's request on the question of authorized banks receipt of funds as currency control agents for participants in foreign trade using electronic customs declarations, certified with digital signature. You can read the response letter from the Central Bank in the attached file (see page 1 and page 2).
