Knowledge today is one of the main resources of the organization. As defined by Thomas Davenport, knowledge management includes the processes of collecting, disseminating, and effectively using company knowledge. The definition is extremely blurry and inaccurate.
Lecture includes:
- A systematic view on the problem of knowledge management;
- Issues of creating knowledge management systems;
- The main practices of forming, structuring, preserving and sharing knowledge in the modern conditions of digital business transformation.
