A retrospective of the influence of stories and myths on the formation of values of people, the work of the brain and the formation of skills. Examples and analysis of world practices of public speaking, myths and corporate stories. Deep analysis of the situation of refraction of leadership qualities  in the Digitalization Era, and discussion of the phenomenon of Narrative Leadership in the new time paradigm as the most promising one.
