“Dynamic Delegation” is a system that allows you to choose the right combination of actions.
Speakers: Alexander Egorov, business – coach, коуч; Alexey Mitin, business – coach (resume in the attachments)
For 90 minutes you:
Learn about different styles of delegation;
Understand how to use delegation, without undermining trust and without destroying the relationship;
Master the tools for analyzing your own experience, allowing you to delegate authority more successfully.
The working language of the meeting will be Russian.
